Sharon Edwards
Primarily a self taught watercolor artist, Sharon's inspiration has been the ever changing light and colors found in the natural landscape of the "Shining Mountains" of the Rockies. Passionate about horses, and the lifestyle they bring, she finds herself exposed to all the inspirational elements of the surrounding beauty found here. Other outdoor activities, shared and enjoyed with her husband, as well as riding, gives plenty that helps her compose wildlife and landscape paintings.
The shining freshness of the moment is caught in these beautiful watercolors. Her paintings exhibit a jewel-like quality. Sharon paints plein air and in her home studio, here in Ennis.
