Shawn Evans is a Western way of life artist. His artwork has been featured in many art shows and galleries throughout the west. It has also been beneficial in raising thousands of dollars each year for conservation groups.
Shawn’s love for the Western way of life was cultivated early in his youth. Born in Elko, Nevada, Evans moved with his family throughout the western United States, including Montana, Washington, Utah, California, and Arizona. Inspired by the lifestyle and beauty of the west, his attention to detail in the presentation of life and landscapes show his understanding and love for the fast disappearing Western lifestyle. His artwork is a true expression of his beliefs, his values, his being. .. “Knowing that my art brings joy to many people is the motivation the drives me on.”
Shawn works in a variety of media, including pencil, ink, charcoal, acrylics, and pyrography (fine art on exotic wood.)
