For over 12 years Asha Murthy MacDonald has fulfilled private commissions for clients along the East coast, in addition to gallery representation and support in her native New England.  A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts has enhanced a painting style and repertoire, which continually expands to include figurative and natural modes of realism.  As a recent resident of Virginia City, Montana, her work has evolved to capture immense sense of place, and convey an inherent respect for the power and constructive force of nature.
